Creation of a state of the art Commercial Hospitality training facility. The facility was an extension to an existing operational building & required methodical investigation to ensure structural adequacy & function was maintained. Access to the site was carefully coordinated with the school to maintain school operations safely.

As with many heritage schools such as Granville Boys High School many unexpected services were discovered. These were dealt with efficiently & effectively so as not to disrupt operations at the school.
