The project was staged over several milestones to allow classes to be relocated to new refurbished classrooms to allow for the demolition of existing classrooms to make way for the demolition & construction of the new library.

The challenges of unexpected discovery of hazardous materials & services had to be overcome on a project directly adjacent to occupied buildings & playgrounds.
