Restoration of one of the oldest courthouses in NSW. The project incorporates a modern extension to house the new Children's Court.

The heritage works included full internal & external restoration including stonework, detailed timber joinery, painting & plaster mouldings.

The structural challenges of tunnelling under existing structures to provide an underground linkway connecting the Children's Court to cells within the existing courthouse was overcome with innovative construction methodologies.
